Class 10 Board Exam Preparation Tips — What Actually Works for Raipur Students

Class 10 board exam isn't just an exam — it's the first real academic crossroads in your child's life. The result affects which stream they can choose, which college they qualify for, and honestly, how they feel about their own abilities for years to come.

1. Don't Try to Cover Everything. Prioritize.

The biggest mistake students make is trying to study everything equally. Board exams are very predictable in terms of weightage. Some chapters contribute 20–25% of marks, others barely 5%. If you don't know which chapters matter most — you're spending equal time on unequal returns.

2. Practice Past Papers — Not Just NCERT

NCERT is the foundation. But board exams test application — not just knowledge. Start solving past 5 years' board papers from November onwards. This is where most students jump from 60% to 75%+. You learn how questions are framed, what the examiner wants, and where you're actually losing marks.

3. Get Your Doubts Cleared — the Same Day
